Users can register themselves on the portal directly through LinkedIn integration or provide an email address and password and activate their account through the simple activation process.

2. How can I register my company?

Once you create your user profile on the portal you can access your profile section and click on add company where you will be asked to add the basic company details such as business name, website URL, core services, and more. Once you provide all the necessary detail; one of our team members will verify the details before enlisting them on the portal.

3. How can I claim my company page?

Once we verify all the details about your company, you will receive an email from our end about the successful enlistment on your registered email address. Once you get the email, you can search for your company name or view the listing under the vendor profile section. You can provide all the needed details and claim the company to manage and edit your company page details and reviews. 

4. How can I publish the review as an employee?

As an employee, you can provide a review to the current or previously worked company simply by clicking on the write a review button. You can search for the company name, and provide basic details such as designation, review details, review details, and more. Once you submit the review, you can view your published review on the company profile with an unverified status. You can view the verified status for your review once one of our team members verifies the review and approves them.

5. How can I publish the review as an employer?

As an employer, you can provide a review to the current or previous employee through your vendor profile. You can move to the Reviews for Employee section and click on submit review. You can submit the LinkedIn profile of your employee and provide the basic user details and review details to submit the review. Once you submit the review, you can view your published review on the user profile with an unverified status. You can view the verified status for your review once one of our team members verifies the review and approves them.

6. How can I report the review?

If you find any review inappropriate, you can report them simply by clicking on report review and providing a reason to report.

1. What can I do about negative reviews?

You can report negative reviews if you find them inappropriate or fake. Apart from that you can respond to the negative review, and ask other users to drop positive honest reviews on the portal that can help you uplift your overall ratings.

2. Will Eyes Breaker remove every reported review because it contains violated content?

Of course, At Eyes Breaker we not only remove the reported reviews that we find are fake or inappropriate to be published on the portal but also inform the user about the reported and removed reviews.

3. How can I write a review to avoid violating Eyes Breaker community guidelines?

As Eyes Breaker only publishes the reviews that are genuine whether it is for the employee or employer. As a user make sure to write reviews that are genuine. Make sure not to use any kind of foul or inappropriate language and post reviews that are not entirely true.

4. Can anyone pay to remove reviews?

No, any users listed on the Eyes Breaker either employee or employer can not pay to remove any kind of reviews. They can report the review, and our team members will make sure to look into the matter, but we do not accept any kind of payment to remove the reviews.

5. Can anyone pay to publish the review?

No, any users listed on the Eyes Breaker either employee or employer can not pay anyone to publish any kind of review. They can only publish the genuine review which our team member will verify before listing them, but in any case, we do not accept any kind of payment to publish the reviews.

6. How can I write a review to avoid defamation?

Even though you have to mention the bad work experience with an employee or employer make sure to stick to the community guideline while providing a review about your work experience only and not to use any kind of foul or inappropriate language.

1. How can I update my email address?

Any listed users can not manually update their once-registered email address. You can reach out to us at [email protected] to get more information to update your registered email address.

2. How can I update my registered phone number?

Users can view their profile and click on the edit profile section to update their registered phone number.

3. How can I update my registered LinkedIn Account?

You cannot update or remove your registered LinkedIn account.


Reviews Management

1. How can I add a review?

As an employee, you can provide reviews to your current or previous employer easily. Users can click on the write a review -> search company name and write a review along with the details such as designation, employment type, work type, and more.
As an employer, you can provide a review to the current or previous employee through your vendor profile. You can move to the Reviews for Employee section and click on submit review. You can submit the LinkedIn profile of your employee and provide the basic user details and review details to submit the review. Once you submit the review, you can view your published review on the user profile with an unverified status. You can view the verified status for your review once one of our team members verifies the review and approves them.

2. How many reviews can I add for an employee?

As an employer, you can provide just one review to one employee. You can edit your review, but you can not provide more than one review for one specific employee.

3. How many reviews can I add for a company?

As an employee, you can provide just one review to your company. You can edit your review, but you can not provide more than one review for one specific employer.

4. How can I edit or delete my review?

As no user can delete their published reviews but they can easily edit their review. Users can click on the write a review simply search the company name view their review and edit their review. or users can visit their profile and click on edit profile to visit my as employee reviews where they can find all their published reviews. They can edit their reviews by simply clicking on the three dots. Employers can view their vendor profiles visit reviews for employees and edit your published review.

5. What can I do to get the verified status for my review?

Once you write and publish the review one of our team members will review it to check the authenticity of the review after that we will provide the verified status for your review.

How can I post about my job openings?

Employers can visit the vendor profile section and visit the edit profile section to add the job opening section. Employers can add basic details such as job title, description, job type, years of experience, and more to post the job opening.
